I get something similar, only when I'm in a specific area of my tower though. I have normal buildcraft and redpower2 pipes throughout the place, plus a bunch of IC2 machines. Also downstairs I have a bunch of beer fermenting. There are computers which have startup loops as well, but I have those in other places where the lag doesn't show up at all and I get >100 fps. First time posting for help, so if I forgot something let me know.

Modpack build: 3.1.1|1.2.5|latest

Operating system: Windows 7(x64)

Version of Java: jdk1.7.0_04

Problem: ~15 fps where normally I get >100 fps

Error messages: N/A (didn't see any?)

Wanted to pop in and say since installing 3.1.1 we have the same problems. Parts of our house and areas outside it reduce us to 1-5 FPS for no unexplainable reason. We are using no EE, IC2, etc machines. Completely vanilla for the most part.
