Makotech222 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Since it's not natively included, is there any way to get it to work for personal use on a tekkit server? Tried downloading the bukkit port and client versions to their proper locations, but game ended up freezing.
Dodge34 Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Make sure its not caused by conflicting IDs, there's a thread not so far on this board, I got it running smooth after some minor ID resolving. Just make sure you get the appropriate version from mcportcentral for the recent tekkit 3.1.2 you have to get the 1.4.8.6 for BC2.2.14 and Forge 3.3.8 same thing for the client, once you get the ID resolved, simply copy the config folder forestry to your client folder and you should be running smooth, don't forget to take out the forestry folder from the EE2ClientV1.4.5.1.jar in your tekkit client mods folder (its a different name for the server can't remember but start with EE in your server mods folder too)
g_BonE Posted August 3, 2012 Posted August 3, 2012 Have a look at this thread for manually adding forestry!
Makotech222 Posted August 3, 2012 Author Posted August 3, 2012 Thank g_bone! will give it a try when i get home today.
