Removing corrupted items after an embarrassing mistake

So, I accidentally typed the wrong id for the /i command. I believe it was 166. Now, when I try to log into my server, I get a null pointer exception. Is there an easy way to reset my inventory?

Deleting your username.dat file should clear it. It'll also reset your spawn point and such I think.
