help my custom modpack keeps running vanilla instead of forge

hello everyone i made my own modpack called alfordcraft but there's a problem it won't run in forge it keeps running vanilla i tried everything i could i even converted forge and my mods into ZIP files but it won't work

first off it couldn't download the modpack but i converted them to ZIP files and it managed to download it but now it just runs vanilla

Follow this tutorial here and tell me your results. Make sure you do everything it says, follow it exactly. For example, make sure you have a bin folder with forge in it renamed to "modpack.jar".

it turns out that the .jar files were using winrar i fixed that now but now i am getting this 

error unzipping a file alford

Hello,

The most common problem is .rar or other files inside your zip causing this error.

It also appears when i downloaded your modpack it is empty or corrupted please

rezip your modpack and upload it again to dropbox.
