This should contain the spawn rate of all the mobs ingame, the mods mobs and the vanilla. Try decreasing the spawn rate of sea-creatures (stupid squids!) and all the land creatures and increase the spawn of horses. Now, do you have Thaumcraft?. Craft yourself the jump boots and hop hop hop until you cant stop! Or until you find a pegasus.
