I am trying my first attempt at making a private mod pack and I have looked at tons of guides and videos online but nothing seems to fix my problem. I made sure to get my mods from Curse and I have the 1.7.10 forge file but EVERYTIME I go to launch the pack it loads but then closes and goes back to the technic screen. I have spent about 2 weeks (maybe longer I've lost track) trying to get this to work and I'm near my wits end.

below is my mod pack if any expert mod pack maker can tell me what the heck I'm doing wrong since no one I know makes mod packs. =(

EDIT: I just looked at Luke's thread and his says to add "coremods" folder which NONE of the guides on youtube have told me to do. also i tried the modpack.jar file with another modpack and it seems to be the issue. i dunno which forge version is the right one.

Edit #2: here's the mods i'm using. maybe this can help someone help me.

I added the files and this time minecraft window opens however it's a black screen then 10 seconds later it closes and technic window opens again. I have 3 gigsof memory dedicated to technic. is that not enough or is there something else?

EDIT: Here's the crash report if that helps any http://pastebin.com/DbksyChf

It appears that older version of codechickencore is required :)

The mod NotEnoughItems (Not Enough Items) requires mod versions [CodeChickenCore@[1.0.7,)] to be available

Try disabling the forge loading graphic, to do so open up the modpack directory (either from technic or using "windows+r" then typing "%appdata%\.technic\modpacks") then in the config folder open up the "splash.properties" file and change "enabled=true" to "enabled=false". The two errors you provided are actually the same ones, so after changing that config try re-adding NEI if you want
