Chunks Stop Loading!

In my Survival world chunks will stop loading, its about 4-10 chunks all the time and it's everywhere. I try F3+A, but it doesn't work and it gets really annoying. If I relog sometimes it'll reload. I don't have this problem on my creative world, only on Survival. I have to relog every 5 or so minutes. Ever since I started this world this has been happening... I've tried to find a solution, but none came. Please try and fix this bug for me.

P.S. I don't have picture, but I can provide one.
