Operating System: Windows Vista 64 Bit OS

Java Version: java 7 64 bit

Antivirus Program: NONE

Description of Problem:

I click to download the Technic Launcher, and the white loading box pops up then disappears.....I have the latest java version and all the patches for vista installed with no antivirus running or installed at the moment.

ok, no bumping got it......and I have the newest Launcher version.....and I have never needed an anti-virus. stupid idea I know...but oh well...... Also I did try using 32 bit java and launcher....still nada.
