Title: [Redpower] Login is disabled. - Unable to find Solution

Version: 3.1.2

OS: Windows 7 64-bit

Java Version: Version 7 Update 5

Description of Problem:

This has happened twice. Both times after I have set up a deployer and automatic crafting table. However, I was logged in last night, logged out, and logged back in this morning, but now it's giving me this error. Only way I could fix it was by deleting the world and recreating. I was only running Essentials for 1.2.5, I've removed it, and added [Redpower] to ops.txt . This is the last server log, after trying everything short of deleting this world. Sorry, I'm not very savvy on much of this, I'm fairly new to running servers, and using Tekkit.

I that same problem I ever start a new world and a week in got the same message so it is a new bug dont know what to im sure someone has a code fix
