Removed old modpack name

Hi everyone,

I'm sorry if this is in the wrong section. I browsed through all the sections and the only post I found related to changing a name was in this section.

My friend and I created a private modpack called 'Exodis' due to testing reasons we deleted the modpack 3 days ago. We tried to create it again and it says 'Name taken' so we're currently calling it 'Exodispack' as a temporary solution. We've tried emailing support several days ago but haven't heard anything back.

The modpack has been deleted and it's been around 3 days so it should have been removed from the database. Are you able to please remove traces of the name 'Exodis' so that we can rename ours to the correct name?

The modpack was created under the username 'iamfletch' with me 'ringmany' as a moderator.

But when searching via the launcher, the name changes to 'Exodis'
