Unable to Move

Description of Problem:

When I login to my own private whitelisted server I can move around for about 10 steps, but as soon as I stop, I'm unable to move from there on, I can't press escape, or get to the inventory, all I can do is press Ctrl which zooms in on my surroundings. If I tab away from the game, and then back to the game I can move around for another 10 steps before I get stuck again and unable to move.

Unfortunately not I'm able to look around and interact with my surroundings, like using furnaces, using tools etc, just unable to move around my surroundings I've quit the game, reopened many times but still nothing :(

Did you accidentally unbind your move keys?

I'm sorry, but I'm not sure what you mean. If I tab out of the game then tab back in, I can move for about 10 steps then get stuck again :(

I'm having the same issue with my brand new mac book pro i'm not able to jump or move but i am able to use my mouse... the only way to correct is to command tab then go back, but it happens almost every 3-10 steps. its basically unplayable! Help!

Agreed, it's unplayable!

@mberthet04: Before you had this issue, were you able to find any of the tekkit ores in the game? I can't find anything in the game apart from the vanilla Minecraft ores :-/

The other day, I did a server restart, as I use a hosting company to host my Minecraft, and the restart seemed to work, but yesterday it wouldn't let me move again, so I did the same thing, a restart, but this time it didn't fix the issue

Please can someone help me and mberthet04 to figure this out, it's getting ridiculous now :(

I can play it fine. If you want help post your own bug report.

I know it's been a while since this posted, but I just solved it by updating Java, hope this helps someone like me down the road!
