I dont know what to do after i download the linux/ JAR

Description of Problem:

I download the linux/ JAR file and when the download is done it brings up my Winrar folder. It shows "com, META-INF, org, SevenZip." I don`t know what to do after that. Please help

supposidly its supposed to come with a JAR file, but it isnt included, ive thouroughly looked through it and there is no JAR file to run.

beats me, ive tried everything from deleting all the minecraft and technic stuff and even to try and make a server, make a new account and install technic and minecraft... nothing. it seems like us windows 32 bit users are unable to use technic.

What the hell are you two on about.

For one, did you even try to use the exe launcher, you know, the one that says WINDOWS.

Secondly, did you know that Minecraft isn't programed in "WinRAR", it's programed in Java, so your best bet would be to open the .jar with Java, not WinRAR, who would have guessed!

yeah I tried it, and it didnt work, hell I even uninstalled AVG and it did NOTHING...

hell there was no JAR file to open with JAVA.

none of us said we opened it in winrar.... nor did we try to...

Well did you download the jar file? That is an important part to the whole using the jar file...
