Get Bored Starting! + Build Challenge!

Hello!

Sorry if this bothers anyone for making such a stupid post, but I felt like I needed at least some help.

What bothers me in Tekkit, is starting off. It's all fine and mighty having all the machines and stuff, I love that. It's just the starting off that bugs me. I've hunted around for a starter map that has a nice house, and some basic machines, a condenser/transmutation tablet and a couple of chests filled supplies. Alas, no luck.. I've tried to make one myself, but I've always ended getting fed up.

So here is my request:

Would you mind giving me advice on how to get started?

And, if you want to, make me a starting map.

I know this is a annoying post for a rather pointless reason, but I want to enjoy Tekkit with minimal cheating, and my insufficient patience make it very hard to do that, and thus, stops me from enjoying this excellent mod pack.

Don't sign you posts. Your name is literally 2 inches to the left. It's redundant and against the rules. So you're asking for someone to give you an endgame map to do what with? Half the fun is setting up your own world how you want it, not having it prepackaged and cheap looking.

However, the rest of what you said is redundant. If you had actually taken the time to read, I was looking for a map that had the very basics, not one that had everything. I also stated that this was designed to stop me giving up at the start. Don't post comments until you're certain they're correct.

You apparently don't know what the word means as nothing I said was repeated in a different form. And the reason I didn't make the suggestion that Bangers did was I had already tried to give you the benefit of the doubt and assumed you were smart enough to come to that conclusion on your own.

Yes that is exactly what he is saying. It is very clearly stated in the rules that you are not allowed to sign your posts. Your name is literally 3 inches to the left, why would we need a reminder of who posted? These are forums not e-mail messages or formal letters.

The rules post put it very well IMO: No Signing Posts - Your username is already there, it's redundant. Plus it makes you look like a loser. (You might be a loser!) It's also an easy way to tell that you haven't read these rules.

I can't exactly say I agree with the no signing your posts rule, but I do obey it. Same as I obey the rules for any servers I play on.
