New Modpack not loading as Forge despite all my struggles.

So. I've seen a lot of people having this problem (where your forge-oriented modpack loads in as vanilla instead), and I've tried redownloading the Forge modpack.jar file over and over again... I even took a file from a pack I know definitely works... My dropbox file leads to a direct download... I'm completely new to this and followed multiple (outdated, I think) guides, I'd really prefer not to give up. Any help is highly appreciated! My pack is here.

Worked for me. Loaded all your mods. How do you get by without NEI? I include that in everything.

Oh. I guess it is working. xD I must have done something wrong when testing it last on my desktop. Thank you.

As for NEI, I don't know. I was never really impressed by it, so it never stuck. I only ever really wanted it for the in-game crafting recipes, so I traded it for CraftGuide which is a lot simpler, in my opinion. ^^
