Modpack doesn't download..

Hi, first thing, my english is not really good so sorry about that. ^^

As the title say, I have a problem with my modpack. I try since some hours, did look on internet for some tutorial but nothing did help me. The problem is when i try to load my modpack in Technic launcher the loading go to 100% 3 times & after i receive an error message saying : Failed to download : (URL)

(I Also tryed Dropbox & it's the same problem.)

 

The modpack is supa-basic because I tryed to remove most mod to see which one was the problem. I also tryed to put only Forge & it still doing the same error message so I'm pretty sure it's not from my mod. Can someone please tell me what's the problem?

The ".rar" file extension implies that your modpack archive is in RAR format. The Technic platform only supports ZIP format archives. Recreate your archive file in ZIP format.
