rowow Posted December 23, 2012 Posted December 23, 2012 nike the proof was 3 maps before, it was like literly 2 months ago, a guy stole 5 stacks of solar panels, and he did not get banned, so if im banned because i broke some tubes then... somethings going on here, somesimple banned me because i warned him 4 times so that he would calm down (he threathened me) before it worked but now i figured out theres banning

I assume the part of your shop which was claimed/stolen? When you are online please contact an admin(if there is one online ). i think he will be able to fix that so you can reclaim it quickly back.

First you say it was 3 maps old and it doesn't matter... and you say that it doesnt mean you grief alot.. nike_the_sayin Posted December 31, 2012 Posted December 31, 2012 to all readers, read before and you will see i have dealt wit mod abuse. this server seemed really great and it is, but be forewarned. the owner will ban you if you defy him even slightly. the admins warn you about you using simple and mild curse words like hell. i was admitted back onto this server after a long war between simple and i but me and simple stopped because i was willing to. my main problem was that recently me and my friend started a town, not only was our first town stolen by hacks but mods wouldnt get rid of the other town saying hacks couldnt happen. when we started our town it wascool, we had booze barrels, mk3s and all those good things, then a mod who we found hilarious was joking around with a skin changing thing. we all crashed however and our whole town somehow was partially erased. we had proof, blocks that were acting like protected machines, things that we could get booze from, and we asked for a refund and not only did they laugh at us, when i asked to speak to the owner let me qoute what i said "i would like to speak with the owner and only the owner because this admin is annoying me". i was warned for that and after i told them that i would like a refund they laughed and laughed. i claimed i would end this server without violence, hacking, or griefing. be forewarned of the dangers of this server because they are going to take your rights away. koiuki i in no way blame you for this.

You were not warned for asking to speak to me you were warned for calling the Co-Owner a stupid admin I told you he would deal with it and he did the reason you were banned is and I quote "I will the ruin this server" which I take as a threat so you have now been banned no one else on the server seems to have any problems with the way it is run as for laughing at you we stated that the plugin koi was using to turn into an ender dragon wouldn't cause what you explained to happen. Other people on the server crash from time to time it's going to happen. I even crash sometimes but they know there is no point in asking for a refund. Also when we told you that in the rules it says no swearing you said and I quote again "Not in /rules" we don't use /rules as I see no point in editing it as it's all written down on signs at the spawn building if you had taken the 2-3 seconds to read them you would have known this. Have fun and I wish you all the best in finding a new server.

What you have to understand is that if we decided to "refund" you the items then anyone could leave the game rejoin a few mins l8r & say I crashed I want a full refund for this that and the other cause I lost it. Also we get people asking for refunds on a daily bases all of which are players trying to get free items when they never owned the items in the first place. If you want to tell people the truth even if it means starting a war I will tell you that it is pointless you will not and I repeat will not be getting back on this server. As I previously wrote I wish you all the best in finding a new server.
