When I boot technic it shows the logo then freezes

Hello, I'm a little new to the forums so sorry for any mistakes.

if you can help that would be AMAZING (Pastebin will be deleted in 2 weeks)

EDIT:

I have tried: Reinstalling technic (Deleting the folder + mods then re-installing)

Uninstalling all my java version and getting the latest version of java 64 bit

Turned off anti-virus

Allowed it through my firewall

went through the logs and added different thing that the program says are not there

rebooted my computer (did this multiple times)

shut down my computer (multiple times.
