Mods aren't working

Hello! All mods on my technic laucher didn't lauch ! I checked on a friend's computer and he has more documents than me(%appdata%).I

My RLCRAFT wont work... The game will load for a few seconds, but the normal Minecraft Textures are all that load, then the game will crash with no message pop-up or anything... What's wrong?
