Can't Install my ModPack

I have made a modpack and have put the link in for the modpack but when I go to use the mod pack I get this

 

Error downloading a file for the following pack: [Pack Name]

Failed to download [Link]

Please consult the modpack creator [me]

Please change the ?dl=0 to ?dl=1

Also, the modpack API url is the one used to download your pack on the launcher. It is unique to your pack, and can be found on your modpack page on www.technicpack.com.

The pack is now downloadable But when I hit play It loads then wont open minecraft.

One, you included too many files. The only files in the modpack should be the bin/config/Flan and mods folder, and your bin folder should only contain the "modpack" jarfile.

Two, your modpack is for 1.7.10, yet you chose Minecraft 1.9.4 on the launcher, meaning it will use minecraft 1.9.4 when trying to launch. This, ofcourse, will not work.

Option one will cut your filesize considerably, option two will make your pack work.
