andrewdonshik
So, I have a pump placed next to a miner that is near bedrock. When I place it, it immediately starts filling with water, (I think), but placing cells in it yields nothing. Am I doing anything wrong?
Gravgon
no. its a bug. you need to put 2 pumps next to the miner. that will fix it. its a very old bug i thot was fixed but ya.
Hampdog
No its just how it works, any powered IC pump will appear to fill even if its nowhere near water (kinda like its priming itself) If putting cells in it yeilds nothing then there can't be any water/lava at the end of your miner. Dump a bucket of water under your pump and it'll instantly fill a cell and reset the GUI
