Are mods less likely to ban someone who suddenly starts saying "BUY RANDOM CRAP THAT NOBODY LIKES FROM A WEBSITE WHICH GIVES VIRUSES AND STEALS YOUR PAPAL ACCOUNT!" Who introduces themselves?
