I have reason to believe my server is broken..

Well, I was playing Tekkit with my friends, and decided to just look around our companies. Suddenly, we start lagging and we all get disconnected. Turns out when I looked in console there was some error. Doesn't seem to be too long but I don't understand what's wrong.. Every time I reboot the server it does this. But it started in the middle of the server running one day..

I'm taking to just posting it in the first place to save the effort. It's not worth hoping people will notice some times.
