Mod files won't download

Whenever I download my custom-made pack, it will say it downloads something from Dropbox but none of my files load. Instead, the mod pack only opens vanilla Minecraft. The download link is https://www.dropbox.com/s/gyni421ju8hr1qo/modpack.zip?dl=1. I made sure it is in the right spot in the mod pack file settings. The link to download this pack is http://api.technicpack.net/modpack/delet-this-pack.

Jarfile in bin folder is named "modpack.jar". This causes it to be actually named "modpack.jar.jar" Name it "modpack" instead.
