Custom Modpack Not Launching With Forge

Hello! 

I have followed the steps to setting up a custom modpack and installing it into Technic. It installs correctly but will not launch with Forge when I press "play". Help would be appreciated!! Here is the Dropbox link to the modpack.

When I put it into Technic I changed the 0 to 1 and the www to dl.
