Why isnt my modpack loading when I have everything right?

I am pretty sure I did everything right, and it works for me, but when anither person loads up the modpack(and it loads up properly), there are no mods in the worlds when they are made. Help

Sounds like you incorrectly zipped the thing. Only zip the required folders directly, not the folder those folders are in.

So, you need to have modpack.zip > bin/config/mods.

You probably have modpack.zip > modpack > bin/config/mods.
