Technic Launcher not launching anything

Downloaded this to play pixelmon, and when I try to launch it, the launcher goes away for a moment and then reappears and I get a crash report. Every other thread I've seen ended up being something to do with java, but I have the latest 64 bit version and made sure to delete any older versions also. I'm dumb and don't know how to fix this, someone help pleaseee? I can post the crash report if it's wanted
