Please Help Me with my modpack

For one, I have no clue Where to Post this on the Forums, as i have not posted of late or at all,  Secondly, My modpack will not launch properly, and i do not understand why entirely, can anyone assist me on this issue? Here are some Details

Modpack Name: Draconian Lives (Yes Cringy Name i know)

Minecraft Version: 1.12.2

sounds like the issue might be something else than your modpack?

launch one of Technic's modpacks - Tekkit, Hexxit or Attack of the B-team - and if the issue persists with one of them, post your log here

logs can be found by clicking the cog-wheel button called Launcher Options on the top right corner on the launcher window.
