It wont let me instal mods

SO when i press play it all plays out but when i press yes on the 1.4.02 unsupported java version(keep in mind i didnt make this modpack)  i press yes and it dosent work please help me with this

Erm what java version is that? You need 8 or 9, I think 10 is supported as well? Anything above 10 is not for sure.

Only 8 is supported for up to and including 1.12.2. For 1.13 and up, more versions are supported.
