Pain setting up a new server

I believe this goes here? Apologies if i'm putting it in the wrong spot, i'm not used to forums tbh.

Me and my friend group have a server that I own and manage. We used to use other modpacks made by people who are honestly a lot more qualified for it than i am, but recently we wanted to make our own pack with mods and stuff and so that's what i did. The pack runs well just by itself, i tried really hard to test it for bugs and incompatibilities but it runs just fine in singleplayer.

The main problem is running the server itself. I put all the pack stuff into the server and start it. It starts fine, however no one can join whatsoever. The errors I get range from "malformed input around byte 1 (or 3)" and "root tag must be a named compound tag". I look up these errors and look into it and get nothing. Most of the posts previous are years old and dont exactly match the issue I'm having or go for a good while and then is resolved by "lol i fixed it". Not even the logs contain any valuable information from what I see, so I am absolutely lost. I've tried editing data packs to get rid of any errors, no matter how big or small, I've gotten rid of unnecessary or useless resource files, reinstalled forge and server files numerous times, and no matter what I do, nothing works. I just want some help.

Once again reiterating, the problem is I cannot join into my server. The server doesn't crash and I don't crash, I just get immediately booted out with the errors "malformed input around byte 1 (or 3)" or "root tag must be a named compound tag". If anyone is willing to help, I'd really really really appreciate it so much. Here's a set of logs from the client and server, along with the pack itself. If there's anything else needed I'll try my best to provide it.

Both me and the server are running with 6gb allocated ram, if that's important

Oops! Sorry for posting in the wrong area.

Anyways, happy to update and say that it was an issue caused by the carpentry craft mod. I hate seeing answers like this but I just went and removed mods one by one until I found the culprit. I wish the logs were more clear which one it was lol.

Same, but 1.13+ Server Forge logs suck, even more than the 1.12.2 and lower Forge server logs...
