IC2 Advanced Machine Errors Game Unplayable 2.1

Launcher/pack Version: Tekkit 2.1

Operating System: Win7 64-bit

Version of Java: Java7

Description of Problem: Whenever my game loads Advanced Machines that have been cached, meaning that I didn't place them in the last time the game was on, it locks up and then after 5-10 seconds it flashes my screen like my graphics driver is reset. The game then is pitch black, I can hear sound, but I can't interact with anything, but my character stays logged in until I ctrl-alt-del the java process.

What I HAVE done:

Uninstall Reinstall

- Uninstalled JAva6/Java7

- Deleted .techniclauncher

- Installed Java7

- Downloaded Technic Launcher and installed tekkit.

EDIT: Video Driver Rollback.

What I WILL NOT do: Reformat my computer.

What I WILL do: Everything else

I play on your server which has Advanced Machines disabled so not really. But If you ever take down your server, i'll have issues.

Final bump for anyones help, I want to be able to play on SGTekkit when other server is down, but can't because of this bug.

May sound stupid- Disable your sound, and it should fix your problem.

"1: Go to your %appdata%

2: Go to your .Technichlauncher

3: Open up the tekkit folder

4: Open up the Config file

5: In there locate the IC2.cfg file

Step 2: Change the config to turn off your sounds

1: Locate the # Enable sounds (it is located at the bottom of the first section)

soundsEnabled=true

2: Change the soundsEnabled=true into soundsEnabled=false (It is important to write it correctly with capital and none capital etc.)

(There are many ways to change the cfg file but what I did is that I copied it over to a normal not pad document and changed the part and then named it IC2.cfg and replaced it in the folder)

3: Close the folder and open up the tekkit launcher"
