freakachu Posted January 12, 2013 Share Posted January 12, 2013 none of the mods or admins are professionals. you might also want to realize that doing what you are asking about is actually explicitly against the rules. the bug boards are your best bet for outside help. If the community can't sort the issue out, the admins will find it there anyhow. Reading the Forum rules is suggested as well, as they contain this line: No PMing Admins or Mods with bug reports. - You will not get special private help. We don't have time for that.
