i tried loading the world in ssp, but most of the blocks and things are missing. not quite sure what to do please help!

well sorry my friends are yelling at me to fix the server, i just wanted to find a fix to it; if u cant help the problem then y post anything at all?

He is actually trying to help you. If you do not modify your original post to contain the bug report format you will be very lucky if anyone helps you, the mods will probably lock/delete this thread, and if you keep up with the attitude they might probate/ban you too.

Edit: We both know what the answer to your issue is, but there are rules and formats in place for a reason. The mods are here to make sure the forums maintain a certain level of quality, and people that cannot even read the stickies do not tend to last for long around here. I apologize if I am coming across as rude, but honestly you could have gotten far worse replies, and I really am trying to help you.

On a side note, someone hooked up a Wooden Pipe from Buildcraft to an EE Condenser and has fucked your world pretty much. Use MCEdit to remove the offending entities.

i also didnt mean to come accross as rude, but as this is only the second time ive posted one this forum, i assumed that because i had great success the first time that this second time would be the same... no one remarked on my poor placement of my last post, so i had no idea i did it wrong. thanks for the help though and ill look out for stickies in the future
