0 BigG1
Which solar panels are you using? If you are connecting to a bat box, they need to be the slim solar panels connected with blue alloy wire and that is blutricity you are generating. If it is the big box like solar panels, you connect them to a MFE or MFSU, with ideally glass fibre cable. Hope that helps.

0 jayer89
with insulated copper cable i dont have the resources to make glass fiber yet
0 KiraKodera
The batbox will accept power on all sides but the one with the dot. If the dot is facing the input wire, it will not accept power. Try turning the batbox around with a wrench.
0 jayer89
i am aware of what way the batbox goes as i have almost mastered the tekkit modpack
0 lukeb28
How far away is your solar panel from the bat box? Copper cable is very poor for long distance. best bet for solar panels is to use tin wires. Next to no power loss. The only kick is that they can only hold something (correct me if I'm wrong) like 5EU/tick which is fine for start game power generation.
0 jayer89
the solar pannel is like 2 blocks away from the batbox
0 lukeb28
Then there shouldn't be any power loss... This is quite stumping... Second opinions?
