access to path is denied

Hi all, I've been trying to play tekkit for a couple of months now but keep running into the problem everytime I try to even start the launcher. During the download of the pack itself, I keep getting an "Access to the path is denied." error.

I'm assuming all I need to do to fix this is change the permissions on a file or folder, but can't find which it would be. Here's the details from the error box.

This error is unheard of for me.

But you posting in the wrong section is quite common.

Thanks for this especially. I was confused as to where I should post my questions. I was sitting in the questions forums for a good 15 minutes looking for a post question button.

"submit bug report"

I think he means he was sitting in the Questions site. You cant post on there unless you help other people first. It was a nice idea but no one is capable of helping first.
