Minecraft 1.5 Update: Tekkit Lite?

I hardly see the point in updating so quickly to 1.5 Redpower2 replaces nearly all of redstone (Except maybe the new comparator). Its quite a pain for the technic team (who already work quite hard) to update to every version.

Before you decide to formulate a statement with that inattentive brain of yours make sure you read the whole thread and see what is going on, especially from the authors perspective. If you actually read what my replies were then you would know that I was correlating the updating process of Classic with Lite and was therefore curious if it would ever be [updated]. The last thing I need is a twelve year old telling me to get a life so think twice before you type next time.
