EMERGENCY This is a bad problem and I need help...

So my friend hosts our tekkit lite server on his computer. Yesterday he tried to load his singleplayer world into the server but forgot to rename the worlds and our world got deleted. He then tried to restore his computer to the day before and when he did, he tried to restore the file from the recycling bin and nothing happened. However, now he cant load the technic launcer or even normal minecraft. He says there is a bug oerror where it keeps saying the file cannot not be found or its source is unavailable... How does he fix this? Will deleting everything and uninstalling the .technic and .minecraft files and then reinstalling them clear it and work? Please help.

Technic doesn't run in .minecraft so just delete .technic

Please learn to use the enter key, learn to use the bug board, and learn to not come running to us without at least trying to fix the issue first (you know how because you did so for your first problem)
