Galacticraft error?

So basically, I'm getting this error. I know I can change a config file to get rid of this error, but I thought Thermal Expansion was in Tekkit?

No.It might require Buildcraft though.

No? It's a BC addon, right? If anything, it would require BC. (which is included)

It seems Thermal Expansion isn't being loaded at all.

It's just something to do with it being in coremods apparently. Should be fixed soon.
