Rednet cable is with the rednet controller is amazing. Is there a way to control signals across the cable with computercraft?

ComputerCraft can output redstone signals, but I don't think they have support for Rednet cable yet.

Yes, Rednet cable looks cool but there doesn't seem to be any Computercraft support. I suppose you can send a redstone signal into the Rednet cable (I've seen a video of the Rednet cable outputing a redstone signal and suppose it can also except an input signal but not sure).
