Plugins etc.

Is there any reason that plugins won't work with Tekkit? I've tried using multiverse for example but it doesn't load. Any ideas? Thank you.

Because of the way Dimensional Doors and Mystcraft operate, Multiverse Core doesn't work.

Tekkit doesn't use Bukkit. You can use MCPC-Plus to load Bukkit plugins natively, but the worlds you generate with MultiVerse are horribly bugged and I have no idea why. The sky is 100% black and the world eventually unloads.

I wish there was some sort of way I could make a normal second world. Mystcraft doesn't quite get me there.
