Nomdadon Posted May 8, 2013 Share Posted May 8, 2013 Server: minecraft.bearsgrill.ch:25565 ( currently 98.245.29.186 ) Rules: 1) Towny is used to 'protect' buildings and no-pvp areas, users can create their own towns 2) PVP is wide open in non-town areas and wilderness 3) Destroying buildings in non-towns is allowed but destruction just to be a a** repeatedly may invoke jail time 4) Do not abuse broken mods or flaws in the security Plugins: 1) Tekkit 2) Towny 3) Essentials 4) Vault 5) Craftbook 6) Lockette 7) mcJobs 8) mcMMO 9) bPermissions Description: Started for a place for friends to hang out, build and explore but open to the world to come join us. If a mod looks stable and interesting we may add it at user request. We are community driven for functionality and rules. Uptime: We expect to be up 24x7 with an automatic restart at midnight everyother day automatically. Occasionally if something is broken there may be a restart but we strive for stability. Player base: We are looking for regular players who want to build and show what can be done with the available tools. We do not want people who show up, beg for op and then become pests when denied. Towny won't let me build inside pocket dimensions because it says it's not configured on that world. I'm going to assume Mystcraft worlds will have the same problem. Nomdadon Posted June 3, 2013 Author Share Posted June 3, 2013 If it goes down during the day there should be a message. I always announce it giving people time to save/logout. And the message is usually along the lines of "Going down to fix a bug" or something. This weekend comcast has been a worth shit and giving 30-50% packet loss. They of course want me to keep rebooting my router or to send a tech out on monday. Magically it fixed itself this morning once business hours started. acronym Posted September 4, 2013 Share Posted September 4, 2013 just wondering, but I logged onto the server at about 1 pm pacific time on 9/4/13, and found that someone had made holes in my wall, and took all of my machinery and chests, and the kicker is that it everything was at least 3 blocks in the towns radius, so they had to have came through 3 blocks of a town then get through the walls to get my stuff, and I was just wondering if it was possible to roll back the server or if I had to restart all over again, towns name is SpiHyrEru Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
