Transporting items for one dimension to another...

Is this possible?

I want to automatically (via use of buildcraft or something) transport items from a mystcraft dimension or a galaticraft planet. Is this possible?

You can use a tesseract from Thermal Expansion to transport liquids, energy & items.

Should be just a matter of hooking up a pair of item tessaracts, piping the goods into/out of them, and using a chunkloader at each end to keep the setups working.
