Good Banned item list and reasons

Well the title says it all, I'm wondering what a good banned item list is for the new tekkit, since my spawn has been griefed a few times.

Also if you do have a list, please give a reason for each item

Is your spawn protected with a plugin or mod? If not, then you'd have to ban all items, including your hand. I suggest making spawn protected or something.

Also, disable the Plasma Cannon module of Modular Powersuits.

OF course it is, but I doubt in all the mods that the plasma cannon is the only one that can damage protected areas?

It's pretty much the only thing, yeah. Apart from the obvious stuff like TNT and Creepers.

Correct me if I'm wrong, though.

Quarries and turtles bypass many protections.

Rifts are also nasty lil buggers if you dont have riftspread and rift damage turned off.

Well for now I disabled DimDoors, they were crashing the game, but ok, i'm genuinely surprised that there are not that many banned items compared to Tekkit Classic 0_0

Now that EE2 and IC2 are out, 99% of the offending items are gone. Especially EE2 had some nasty stuff. IC2 had the mining laser, among other things.

Fillers also can bypass protection.

Only if [buildCraft] is op'd. So just set protected areas to only be non-protected against certain players, instead of against all ops.
