You should look into building a Deep Storage Unit from MineFactory Reloaded.

The blocks you are talking about are barrels from Factorization. Factorization is not included in New Tekkit.

As ValkonX11 said, the block you want to build is the Deep Storage Unit, or DSU, from MineFactory Reloaded. While barrels can hold up to 64 stacks of a single item, DSUs can store up to 2,000,000,000 (TWO BILLION!!!) of a single item!
