I mean that as to, Tekkit Classic was developed a long time. And I'm just curious if that is the case with this one, or is it going to be like Lite? Sorry for sounding stupid. ^_^

Tekkit for 1.5 is the current official updated Tekkit.

Classic and Lite are still offered for legacy play reasons, but as they represent the final updates of their respective minecraft versions (1.2.5 for classic, 1.4.7 for Lite) they will not be changing at all.
