How do you pump lava from the nether

I've tried to use a phased waterproof pipe i have world anchors but the problem is the pipe isn't teleporting anything, even if i try to teleport it right next to were i got it from. all of the options are on the right settings. both frequency 1 public (not that it matters), and ones set to receive and send (theres no option for just receive) and the other is set to send. it just doesn't send. I've tried sending it out of a tank and direct from the pump. can someone please help me and tell me whats going wrong here.

I believe the phased pipes may be bugged in the current version.

In the meantime use liquid tesseracts. They are far better anyways. Also, use liquiducts instead of waterproof pipe. You will like the results.

If you pump lava into a liquid tesseract and connect that tesseract with one in the overworld it will transport the lava that way. The following link is my design for a power plant that uses this method. Feel free to read if you still need the help.
