DahBlount Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 What? Are you sure youve played tekkit before? Anyway check out the lite wiki, it's more complete than the new one but not entirely up to date. And good for people who want to learn the basics http://tekkitlite.wikia.com/wiki/Tekkit_Lite_Wiki. It's been a while since I played because I was preoccupied with exams, work, and family. I got stuff mixed up, is that a crime?
Euphoreich Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 So I've been playing Tekkit for a while (before the Lite/Classic split), and I am typically well versed in how to play. Of course it's not a crime, I just don't understand why you'd lead off with this information. It sounds like you really do need help, but want someone to hold your hand because you can't be bothered to read the wiki.
DahBlount Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 The wiki only applies to classic. And there is no need to be so angry at me, I just forgot some stuff.
Euphoreich Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 The wiki I sent you a link for in an earlier reply is to the lite wiki. As I said before the new wiki is still being put together, but information like what a macerator/pulverizer does is readily available. http://wiki.technicpack.net/Tekkit Is the new wiki.
cerevox Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 The wiki only applies to classic. And there is no need to be so angry at me, I just forgot some stuff. Not really true. The majority of machines, blocks, and other mechanics don't change in large ways between versions. Any wiki entry on the quarry, from any version for pretty much any pack, anywhere, is going to be correct in most parts.
DahBlount Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 Thank you. Just please don't get so angry, I just wanted some help after not playing for a year.
cerevox Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Im not angry as I suspect most people reading this would not be. Just make sure you look around at the many wikis available for possible info. Googling for "wiki quarry" has IRL quarries as first hit, but the next 4 are from various packs using BC quarries.
Euphoreich Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Rereading my posts, my tone definitely does not reflect anger, but in the future when you ask a question please be bothered to read the full replies. It's rude not to.
Dash16 Posted May 18, 2013 Posted May 18, 2013 Pulverizers and Macerators grind ores into dust, to double your output. 1 iron ore = 2 pulverized iron dust = 2 smelted ingots.
DahBlount Posted May 18, 2013 Author Posted May 18, 2013 What about the new galacticraft stuff, how does that work?
