Has anyone successfully installed Gregtech alongside other mods?

In 1.5.2, I've had so many issues with Gregtech. It has ID conflicts with OmniTools, which I fixed, it's had conflicts with Modular Powersuits and Galacticraft (which I had to disable their Gregtech recipes in order for Minecraft to launch), and currently, Gregtech asks for IDs which don't exist in any of its configs when my friends connect to my server. Here's the problem they're getting:

I've mentioned this problem on another thread of mine that refers to a different problem I'm having, but mainly Gregtech seems to be causing most of the issues. I'm incapable of testing this properly because, using the same config files, I can connect to the server, yet my friends can not.

Am I overlooking something with Gregtech that it does? Because in none of these config files are item IDs in the error code above mentioned, yet it asks for them when connecting to my server.

Yeah, you gotta break your hands first to ensure that it works, it actually checks the condition of your hands before loading, otherwise it whines and throws a temper tantrum.

I see recognizing sarcasm is fast becoming a lost art--I wasn't even trying back there.

But I would like to point out that Gregorius did have a good idea there, it's his implementation that's total crap. If I want Hard Mode, I'd ask for it, not have it entwined into everything from the start.
