How to disable mods in tekkit lite?

So I've been searching around for a while for something that would tell me how I can do this, but I can't find anything that isn't either way too vague or out of date. I just want to essentially play vanilla but with some of the convenience mods like NEI, TreeCapitator, and Rei's minimap. I want to disable all the mods that add ores, trees, blocks, etc, and just have vanilla stuff in the ground and build menu. What is the exact method for this? I've tried starting a server and deleting mods and making a new world, but it always crashes after all of my attempts.

Well NEI and TreeCapitator use coder coremods

NEI uses codechickencore

TreeCapitator uses bspkrs core

But honestly, you are better off creating a whole new pack for this

Just remove all the mods from the mods and coremods folder, apart from CodeChickenCore, Not Enough Items and Rei's Minimap.
