Can't even move due to lag

I can't even play ANY of the mod packs with the Technic launcher because it lags with all of them so much I cant move! I found it out while in the middle of making a Red Katar in tekkit classic. Does anyone have any idea why its doing this?

try posting in the right place, like the bug board for the pack you're using (assuming an official pack) and giving more info about your computer or anything really. "itz slo halp meh" doesn't do anyone any favors.
