Plugins not working on Tekkit Server

I have tried for quite a few hours now, to get plugins such as Essentials, WorldGuard, WorldEdit, installed on my server with the new Tekkit, but for some reason they will not what-so-ever show up. The server doesn't even recognise the /plugins command once you are logged in.

Please advise.
